Trial Consulting

Even if an attorney typically likes working alone, it is incredibly difficult to prepare for trial by yourself. There is so much to be done both before and during the trial, from witness preparation to objections in court to coming up with cross-examination questions and reading the jury.

The best strategy is to team up with another experienced trial lawyer who’s got your back – an attorney like Elizabeth Larrick.

"As lawyers, we spend a lot of time preparing so that we perform well. Until we hired Elizabeth, we didn’t appreciate the value of spending the time working with the clients so that they perform well, too. We spend large amounts of money on experts, but it can be a poor investment if our clients aren’t well-prepared. We will not hesitate to call on Elizabeth again."

How Trial Lawyer Elizabeth Larrick can help

Elizabeth has been through every aspect of the trial process, and she’s worked with the best of the best.

While taking part in a one-year fellowship at the Keenan Law Firm in Atlanta, GA, Elizabeth was given the opportunity to work with the renowned trial lawyer, Don Keenan. Under Mr. Keenan’s guidance, she experienced the nitty gritty of trial law, including everything from the organization of documents and small details to adapting to the considerable changes that can happen throughout the trial itself.

During the fellowship, Elizabeth was part of the trial team for a medical malpractice in Louisville, Kentucky, a premises liability in Seattle, WA and a wrongful death in Las Vegas, NV. She also worked first-hand at beach workshops with Mr. Keenan and his referring attorneys.

Her experience with the fellowship, combined with years of experience as a trial lawyer herself – and a penchant for witness testimony preparation – have given her the skills necessary to help other attorneys with their cases.

At each trial, she presented witnesses, argued motions, and prepared other lawyers for their direct/cross examinations of defendants and experts.
